What are SARMS?

What exactly are SARMS?
SARMS are, as we call them, 'performance enhancing drugs', which have been around since the 1990s. It ensures that it strengthens your muscles and bones by selectively binding to your receptors, simply put, the muscle tissue. This is intended to activate the muscle cells to become stronger and grow. This is mainly combined during sports & exercise.

How do you consume/use SARMS?
Sarms can be taken orally, as a form of treatment. The usual duration may vary between 4/8 or 12 weeks. There are 2 different forms: the liquid form and capsules. The liquid form comes in a bottle with a dropper/pipette, which you mix with a dash of water and drink, capsules speak for themselves.

What results can I expect?
Almost all sarms are quite effective and selective while binding with our muscle cells. Because the effectiveness of the binding when using sarms is so high and fast, this is usually immediately noticeable during the first training.

The first results will become visible after 10 days. It is certainly possible to gain 5kg or more of muscle mass with an 8-week cycle with Ligandrol, for example. But of course this is also accompanied by the right training, nutrition and not to forget completing your treatment cycle consistently.

Liquid or capsules, which is better?
Liquid sarms are initially absorbed better and faster, this is mainly because a capsule must first be broken in the body and only then can it be absorbed. This is of course not desirable for people with a slow metabolism. It is also true that with the liquid form you have the dosage in your own hands, you can dose this much better using the table on the pipette/dropper. This has in principle already been determined for a capsule. Unfortunately you cannot break the capsule into two parts, but if you did, it would be guaranteed to be a mess with powder.

The liquid form has a bit of a bitter taste, but the taste is different. Although, from my own experience, you will get used to this over time. Of course, you don't have this with capsules. For some people it is better to take capsules instead of the liquid form, although the liquid form of course also has its charms!

How do you store SARMS?
Sarms are best stored at room temperature and have a shelf life of 2 years.

Are SARMS harmful to you?
With normal use (the recommended dose) you should not experience any problems. Research has shown that SARMS does not damage your organs, and it has also been shown that some SARMS could even clean your liver and/or lower your bad cholesterol. Some remedies also promote the healing of bones & tendons and accelerate recovery.

Are SARMS legal?
Yes, currently SARMS are legal for use and may be purchased online or in-store.

Can SARMS be used in top sports?
No, as a top athlete it is important to know that SARMS are not accepted in top sport. The IOC (International Olympic Committee) could also test this.

Are SARMS anabolics?
The answer to that is no, SARMS are not steroids. They are comparable to each other, both bind to the androgen receptor. However, SARMS does not have the metabolic by-products that steroids do. For example, SARMS does not affect the organs and binds ''selectively''. It is also true that it should not affect your natural hormone production that much, studies have shown that this should not be the case with most SARMS at the recommended dosage.

Can women also use SARMS?
There are several SARMS that can also be used by women, Ostarine is very popular among women. In addition, LGD is also used by women and Cardarine is also quite popular among women!
