What exactly are SARMS?
SARMS are as we call them: "performance enhancing drugs", they have been around since the 1990s. It ensures that it strengthens your muscles and bones by selectively binding to your receptors, simply put, the muscle tissue. There are different types of SARMS, for example: Cardarine, Ostarine, Rad-140, Ligandrol and more, so each product has its own effect. How do you consume/use SARMS?
A SARM can be taken orally, which you take in the form of a cycle. The usual duration may vary between 4/8 or 12 weeks. There are 2 different forms: the liquid form and capsules. The liquid form comes in a bottle with a dropper/pipette, which you mix with a dash of water and drink, capsules speak for themselves.

What results can I expect?
Almost all SARMS are quite effective and selective while binding with our muscle cells. Because the effectiveness of the binding when using sarms is so high and fast, this is often immediately noticeable during the first training.

After 10 days it is common that first results will be visible. It is certainly possible to gain 5kg (or more) of muscle mass with an 8-week cycle with Ligandrol, for example. Of course, this is also accompanied by the right training, nutrition and not forgetting that it is important to consistently complete your cycle and not miss a dose.

Liquid or capsules, which is better?
Liquid sarms are initially absorbed better and faster, this is mainly because a capsule must first be broken in the body and only then can it be absorbed. This is not desirable for people with a slow metabolism. It is also true that with the liquid form you have more control over the dosage, because you can dose it more precisely using the table on the pipette/dropper. This has in principle already been determined for a capsule. Unfortunately, you cannot break the capsule into two parts, but if you did, the powder would definitely make a mess.

The liquid form has a bit of a bitter taste, but the taste is different. Although, from my own experience, you will get used to this over time. You don't have this with capsules. For some people it is easier to take capsules instead of the liquid form, although the liquid form in a golden bottle also has its charms!

How do you store SARMS?
Sarms are best stored at room temperature and have a shelf life of 2 years.
